Cancellation & Refunds policy
Please note that since our products are handwoven, slight irregularities can be there, so we are able to offer returns and exchanges only in extreme circumstances.
• You may cancel your order before it is shipped, provided that no tassels, fall or edging (pico) have been added on your request. In case of cancellations, your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days in the form of store credit.
• Do not accept delivery, if outer packaging is torn or damaged. Kindly get in touch regarding the same with us at support@luxuryz.in.
• Product(s), made on order/pre-order or where on demand tassels, phundana, fall, edging (pico) or net has been added, can't be returned/exchanged.
• There can be slight difference in color due to light effects, screen settings etc. In such cases returns won't be accepted.
• In case of returns/exchange, kindly contact us within 02 working days of receiving the parcel, at our email support@luxuryz.in. After 02 days, request for return/exchange won't be entertained.
• Product(s) should be in original condition, unused and all tags intact. Product(s) has to be shipped back at our address provided by e-mail after getting confirmation from our side and refund will be processed within 2-3 working days after receiving and checking the parcel.
• In case if there is any defects or damages in the product other than slight irregularities we will exchange the product. In case of returns then 10% charges will be deducted from the Product Cost.
